You may not have heard of Ormewood Park (we're a hidden gem in Atlanta, nestled between Grant Park and East Atlanta).  But, if you're around and about the Atlanta music scene, chances are you've heard the work of at least one of our featured Music Makers!  The musicians featured in the Meet the Makers Festival lineup have played in symphony halls, outdoor amphitheaters, and dive bars. You can hear their work on Grammy-winning albums, commercials and movie soundtracks. You may also have heard them picking on the back porch, sweating over a mix in the basement studio, or perfecting the rhythm section in the garage. That’s because the artists in our lineup are also neighbors, representing some of the incredible talent that resides in Ormewood Park, Grant Park, and East Atlanta. Whether you know them from their roots in the Atlanta arts and music community, or from just around the corner, we are thrilled to present our neighborhood Music Makers:

The Lord High Admirals
Jason Todd Shannon
Jimmy Galloway
Front Porch Session Players
Justin Sams Band
The Ormewoods

Come out and join us on March 25 from 11:00-6:00 for great music, food, beer and craftsmanship!

The Ormewood Park Meet the Maker Festival won’t happen without a community of volunteers. If you are passionate about crafting, building, DIY or the Maker movement, we would love for you to join us in activating this event! Volunteers are needed for both the planning group and on the day of the event to help set up, tear down, and keep things running smoothly.
